The premise
Most business software assumes a perfect office, a fast internet pipe, a credit card on file, and a finance team. Nigerian businesses — the ones who actually move the country forward — don't live there. They live in markets, in salons, in shops on streets where the power blinks and the network drops. Enimara is built for that street.
Three principles
- Offline-first, always. Every feature works without internet. Syncing is a background convenience, not a precondition. The network is a nice-to-have. Your business cannot wait.
- Free forever, where it matters. Recording every sale, every expense, every customer — that's free. Always. We only charge for the analytics, the appointments, the multi-place stock, the things that mean your business has outgrown a notebook.
- Built for one country first. Naira-native. WhatsApp-native. NDPR-compliant. Eight Nigerian and African languages. We'll go pan-African later. We're here now.
Who's behind this
Enimara is a product of Wechnology, a Lagos-based software company building tools for African MSMEs. The team includes engineers who've shipped at fintech scale and operators who've run physical businesses themselves. Boring credential bullet points omitted on purpose — what matters is whether the app works on your stall on Tuesday morning.
How we make money
Subscriptions on the paid tiers (Solopreneur, Growing Shop, Industry Pro). That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't take a percentage of your sales. You pay us a flat monthly fee or you don't — and either way, your data stays yours, on your device, encrypted at rest.
Where the code lives
The app at app.enimara.com runs as a PWA on every modern phone. Your data lives in an encrypted local database that syncs to our infrastructure in Nigeria when you're online. We're NDPR-compliant. See privacy and terms for the full picture.
