This page is a plain-English summary of the rules for using Enimara. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Enimara is operated by Wechnology Limited, a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. References to "we," "us," or "Enimara" mean Wechnology Limited and its product, Enimara OS. References to "you" mean the person who created the account.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account, including the data you record (sales, customers, expenses) and the staff you invite. Keep your PIN and password private. If you lose access, our recovery flow uses the security questions you set during onboarding.
3. Your data
You own your data. We store it on your device (encrypted) and on our infrastructure in Nigeria. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including NDPR rights.
4. Free and paid plans
The Free plan is available indefinitely. Paid plans (Solopreneur, Growing Shop, Industry Pro) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time. Refunds for unused time are pro-rated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Enimara to:
- break Nigerian law or the law of any country where you operate;
- record transactions for businesses that exist only to launder money or evade tax;
- resell access to the app or sub-license your account to others;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code;
- send unsolicited bulk messages through any WhatsApp or SMS integration we provide.
6. Service availability
Enimara is designed to work offline. We don't guarantee any specific server uptime, but we'll act in good faith to keep the sync infrastructure online and tell you when it isn't. Because your data is on your device, you can keep working even when our servers can't be reached.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Enimara is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll notify you in-app and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially reduces your rights, we'll give 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
