Short version: your data lives on your device first. We sync it (encrypted) to our infrastructure in Nigeria so you can access it across devices and so your business keeps working if your phone is lost. We don't sell your data. You can delete it at any time.
1. What we collect
- Account information: name, phone number, email, business name, business type, country/state/LGA.
- Operational data you record: sales, products, customers, expenses, bookings, staff, places. This is the data the app exists to manage.
- Device information: a device UUID we generate, the device's language preference, and platform (iOS / Android / web). Used for sync coordination, not for tracking.
- Logs and crash reports: anonymous error reports when something breaks, so we can fix it.
2. Where your data lives
On-device first. Your data is recorded into an encrypted local SQLite database on your phone, using AES-GCM encryption. The app works fully offline.
Synced to Nigerian infrastructure. When you're online, the app syncs your data to servers physically located in Nigeria, operated by Wechnology Limited. Sync traffic is HTTPS only.
3. Who can see your data
- You.
- Staff you invite to your business, at the permission level you grant them.
- A small number of Wechnology engineers, only when you ask for support or when we're investigating a bug — and only with internal access logs that we audit.
- Nigerian law enforcement, if served with a valid court order under NDPR.
We do not share, sell, rent, or licence your data to advertisers, AI model trainers, or any third party for marketing.
4. Your NDPR rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold on you.
- Rectify incorrect personal data.
- Delete your account and all associated personal data. We will action a deletion request within 30 days. Some anonymous aggregate metrics (e.g. "count of transactions processed in May") may be retained because they cannot be tied back to you.
- Object to processing of your data for any purpose beyond running the service you signed up for.
- Portability — export your data in a structured machine-readable format.

5. Cookies and tracking
The marketing site (this site, enimara.com) does not use cookies. The app (app.enimara.com) uses encrypted browser storage to keep you signed in — it does not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not run Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tag, or similar adtech.
6. Children
Enimara is built for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
7. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy materially, we'll notify you in-app and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
